This practice operates a very caring approach to all its patients and although Dr Savvas is my doctor I know the practice pretty well as I am a member of the patients participation group. We try to keep all patients informed of special clinics and help whenever possible. No matter what seems to happen this practice always puts patients first and all doctors go the extra mile to help with care. Excellent all round service. Of course it is not always possible to get an appointment when you want but they will always chat on the phone and if needed fit you in, sadly this is not the case everywhere and is I consider myself lucky to belong here.

Every time I have to see Dr Savvas he listens to everything I say then decides on a course of action by giving me options. He is always patient and understanding and nothing is too much trouble for him. His attitude is that " I have whatever time it takes to help you" Obviously this means that sometimes he runs late but that is not a problem, for I know that someone else may be in trouble and that heis doing his best to help. Also he is very up to date with all that is new in his profession and if he does not know he will investigate.
